Overview
Bumps the Gradle distribution used by the wrapper from 9.5.1 to 9.6.0 via gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties.

gradlew and gradlew.bat are regenerated for 9.6.0: both launch the wrapper with -jar …/gradle-wrapper.jar instead of -classpath + GradleWrapperMain, and Windows error/exit handling is simplified (setlocal EnableExtensions, COMSPEC exit paths, :exitWithErrorLevel).

Batch script continues after Java errors

After Java setup failures, gradlew.bat calls "%COMSPEC%" /c exit 1 but no longer branches to a failure handler. That only ends a child cmd process, so the parent script keeps running into :findJavaFromJavaHome or :execute instead of stopping like the previous goto fail path did.
