Fix the docs workflow

It appears that the docs CI workflow fails with

Error: This request has been automatically failed because it uses a deprecated version of actions/upload-artifact: v3. Learn more: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-04-16-deprecation-notice-v3-of-the-artifact-actions/

Apparently, if one updates the github-pages actions, it should be resolved. However, I'm not sure if something else will have to be tweaked in the workflow to make it work. So, I'm opening this to highlight the issue and take the first baby steps toward fixing it.
