Update username references from MrRezoo to rezamobaraki

Verification

• Searched entire codebase for occurrences of "MrRezoo", "Mr.Rezoo", and "Mr Rezoo"
• Only one occurrence was found in the LICENSE file
• README.md already contained correct references:
  • LinkedIn URL: reza-mobaraki ✅
  • GitHub username: rezamobaraki ✅
• Git remote URLs were already updated correctly
• Django application syntax validated successfully

This minimal change ensures all username references are consistent with the new GitHub identity while maintaining the project's functionality and license compliance.
