Note that all code, code comments and commit messages are in English. From a technical perspective, this makes an Open Source project part of a larger community. However, the primary users are Swedish Government agencies, so we decided to write the issues (see https://github.com/rinfo/fst/issues?milestone=12&sort=created&direction=desc&state=open) used for tracking bugs and ongoing development in Swedish. Hopefully this makes the project more transparent for some non-technical users.
