This is the first maintenance release of 2023, which includes many improvements under the hood.

Values in 593 are properly translated (but not the values in the marc data!)
Many improvements on the translations
Many language codes are added to 041
Various improvements to validation
Show the library siglum in the institution page
Show institution-to-institution links in institution show page
Verovio was updated to 3.14.0 to fix a visualization bug with Firefox
