l10n: Rename zh_Hans to zh_CN #2084

DNF5 uses and follows glibc for localization. That means RFC 4646 language codes (zh_Hans) are not supported.

This patch renames zh_Hans catalogs to zh_CN.

It has already been renamed in dnf5-l10n git repository, but we also need to rename it in dnf5 repository because weblate-pull-translations script adds new catalogs without removing those that disappeared from dnf5-l10n.

Resolves #2069
