These have emitted a deprecation warning since forever (#64471) and they already don't do anything. In fact they apparently have done nothing since pre-1.0, so... do we even need a crater run? Doesn't seem worth it.

(started an crater run because these attributes are stable, so they may be referenced even if they do nothing, seems safer to me)

The crates.io regressions are all spurious.

I sampled some of the github crate regressions and the ones I hit were also all spurious.

So I think we can consider this a no-regression crater result. :)

tools.

- [Build the rustc on AArch64 Linux with ThinLTO + PGO.]
  (rust-lang/rust#133807)
  The ARM 64-bit compiler (AArch64) on Linux is now optimized with
  ThinLTO and PGO, similar to the optimizations we have already
  performed for the x86-64 compiler on Linux. This should make it
  up to 30% faster.
