Changes

Adventure zone will now prioritize titans over questing
Added a swap threshold for Yggdrasil. Will not change to Ygg gear if the fruit you're harvesting is below the level specified
Digger upgrades will be triggered by the rebirth logic to minimize gold waste (thanks @Altizar )
If the appropriate wish is unlocked, money pit logic will now turn on blood digger and allocate as much blood magic as possible before using pit to maximize blood pill
Added an adventure option to use block/parry when buffs are active. Should be useful for later zones
Log time each fight takes in combat.log
