Facebook Like button does not work correctly.

When this site was Liked, I found two problems:

• The title of the site is a "トップページ".
• The link to the site is http://www.railshackathon.net/, and this cannot reach.

It may be the cause that app_id lacks in the code which embeds Like.

Facebook で Like したときに妙な挙動を見つけました:

• サイトのタイトルが「トップページ」になる
• サイトへのリンクが http://www.railshackathon.net/ になっていて、踏むと 404 になる

Like を埋め込むコードに app_id がないのが原因かなー、と思うのですが確証はありません ><
