The helpers to create ABSOLUTE and DERIVE metric types were deprecated in 2022 by cff84ed (metrics: Deprecate ABSOLUTE and DERIVE metric types) and can be safely removed now. Signed-off-by: Pavel Emelyanov <[email protected]>
