After I couldn't get the CI to work in #883 I decided to split this into two PRs.

This where I add the linter configs and do a first run.

And then a second one where I can add the CI checks

What this PR does:

• adds yamllint
• adds gherkin-lint
• updated markdown-lint to the same implementation eventually used by "super-linters" CI action
