AWS Elasticache Redis 적용해서 로컬에서 실행하고 테스트를 하고 싶었는데..

위 글을 참고해보니 로컬에서는 연동이 불가능하다고 하네요..
EC2 인스턴스에 redis-cli를 설치해서 테스트하기에는
저희 프로젝트의 구성과 조금 달라서
죄송하지만.. 테스트 용으로 잠시 PR을 날리고 확인하겠습니다..!!
