First release with documentation

Version 0.0.3 is targeted to bring basic documentation (in Russian) for end-users. Also internationalization have begun. We'll implement only translation to Russian language as main purpose of this project is [iot-academy.ru](IoT Academy) which will be additional course in some Russian universities.

Bug-fixes

There was not bug fixes in this release but we have a lot of pitfalls and gotchas in our documentation and translation to Russian language.

First working release

Version 0.0.2 contains numerous of implemented things for end-users. It fixes all bugs I've found during initial developing of generator.
