This release has two major functions to assign single cells to clones or donors.

  • clone_id: clone identification with clonal genotype confiugration. The Gibbs sampler allows modelling of gene specific allele expression.

  • donor_id: donor idenetification with or without genotypes. When not given genotypes, EM algorithm assigns cells with a point estimate of genotypes, and Gibbs sampler does this with considering the posterior distribution of genotypes.
