[Bug] Exercise stops during solution generation step

Summary

After asking the agent to generate the application Mona returns saying there is an issue before complete then doesn't continue.

How to reproduce

1. Step " Activity: Initialize frontend and backend package manifests"
2. Start agent - agent requires me to allow each code change
3. Part way through scrolling and allowing, Mona comes back saying 'Step 2 - Fail - time to find a bug'
4. No way to continue or recheck

Exercise frozen, can't continue
