Support external keyboard shortcuts for sending messages on iOS/iPad and web platforms. This adds metaKey and ctrlKey to the KeyPressEvent interface and handles Cmd+Enter / Ctrl+Enter as a send action in AgentInput, enabling a common workflow for users with external keyboards.
