I think I have the other parts of the CI build happy now. @madpah Could you take a peek at why the SonarCloud? Not sure if the token is still ok? |

So - CircleCI looks happier, but GitHub is not. This project has not yet adopted latest Sonatype Community Standards - but NEEDS to (tracked by #80). |

Attempt to fix: failing test: handle_iq_purl_suffix, not sure why it started failing though.
Looks like a newer version of rust was needed to get things happy.
