testthat functions for file auditing

• Create testthat functions for file auditing

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

• make package vulnerability testing easier in a CI/CD pipeline

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

• create expect_secure_ren/req/env() functions much like expect_secure()

• Anything else?

• I think this will be a big deal for some organizations :)
