Fully working rules, updated some rules logic in the xslt transformation

RC2

Fixed multiple bugs in original transformation file (compatible with old modsecurity versions) this release goes from the capture to the rule generation and resulting rules file may be called directly as an include.

RC1

• Communication with ZAP and read from modsecurity audit log working fine, ZAP connection is very fast but reading out of audit log is slow (<10tps)
• Parsing the requests and turning into xml compatible with jwall xslt transformation working fine for resources and parameters, cookies and headers still not build rules
• simple rule transformation functions work fine and updated the jwall transformation to be compatible with modsecurity 2.9 rules
