Bug Fixes
release_notes/unreleased.mdfor republication in 3.0.0.BREAKING CHANGE:trailer so semantic-release produces 3.0.0.Why
2.3.9 enabled TLS certificate verification by default. That secure default can make previously successful assets fail until their certificate chain is trusted or verification is explicitly disabled, so it required a major release rather than a patch.
