To test this, I installed Powershell on Mac, per the instructions at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/scripting/install/installing-powershell-core-on-macos?view=powershell-6. Then I ran it from the project root with
pwsh scripts/deploy.ps1 build/libs/cook-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar.
