Ah, they seemed a little more casual and less simulation, more like a toy. So I chose "raygun" as a more slapdash sci-fi name.

If you have a suggestion for a different name, let me know. I am not so attached to it, but I wanted to give them some name before publishing.

Ah I see. I was only asking because the internet in general now knows “Raygun” as a specific person. I wasn’t seeing a connection and wanted to check that I wasn’t missing some kind of joke.
