phbrowserless 1.1.0

This version adds:

• support for UI widget to preview screenshot in the UI without having to download.
• support for waiting for idle browser to allow for meta-refresh redirect activity. (On by Default)
• due to Phantom UI running 2.7 this app will need to be complied for python2.7 when you except to use the View/UI features. This app is still python3 compliant, and will run if compiled for 3
