Estimating conditional survival benefit for the allocation of scarce resources

R code repository for the paper "Estimating conditional survival benefit for the allocation of scarce resources".

The repository contains the following:

  • simulation.R : main R script which reproduces all simuation results of the manuscript;

  • Function_definition.R: R script for some functions used in the simulation study;

  • simplot.R: R script which reproduces the simulation plot presented in the paper;

  • results.rds: Output of the simulation

  • analysis_realdata.R: Code used for the analysis of the data application
