launches w/o error here ! but how can one actually send a notification to test ? i don't see any test framework... did I miss it ? |

There's no test framework - however, starting the manager (with telegram notifications enabled) will immediately send a message ('Plot Manager has started on XYZ') to whatever chat you specified. Keep in mind that your bot will have to be a member of the channel/chat you want to notify. |

Added the ability to specify a chat_id for Telegram notifications. That way you can have the bot send the notification to any channel (that he is a member of), including group chats. Increased telegram_notifier version, because I added the chat_id ability in 0.3 there.
