Add comments and docstrings to main.py and api.py

Description

This PR adds comments and docstrings to the main.py and api.py files in the src directory. The comments and docstrings enhance the readability and maintainability of the code by providing clear explanations of the purpose and functionality of each section of the code.

Summary of Changes

• In main.py:

  • Added a module-level docstring explaining the purpose of the script.
  • Added comments above the 'transform' variable explaining the purpose of each transformation.
  • Added a docstring to the 'Net' class explaining its purpose and structure.
  • Added comments above each fully connected layer in the 'Net' class explaining their functionality.
  • Added a docstring to the 'forward' method explaining its purpose and the transformations it applies.

• In api.py:

  • Added a module-level docstring explaining the purpose of the script.
  • Added comments above the 'model' variable explaining how the model is loaded and set to evaluation mode.
  • Added comments above the 'transform' variable explaining the purpose of each transformation.
  • Added a docstring to the 'predict' function explaining its purpose, input, and output.
  • Added comments within the 'predict' function explaining each step of the image preprocessing and prediction process.
