This shell-quote bump also changes the frozen tarball commits for packages/protocol's Solidity dependencies while the package specifiers remain solady#v0.1.26 and sp1-contracts#v6.1.1. Since Foundry remaps solady/src and @sp1-contracts directly to node_modules in packages/protocol/foundry.toml, frozen installs will now compile protocol/verifier code against different upstream contract sources under an unrelated transitive dependency update; please revert these lockfile entries or split and review them as protocol dependency bumps.
