This does not update the cuda lockfiles however.

I don't think the PR will work, generally, without updating STARDIS. I need to unpin TARDIS and then fix the various incompatibilities that come up there, as well as the problems with other dependencies STARDIS will have with the updated lockfile.

I see, are there dependencies outside of this list- https://github.com/tardis-sn/tardisbase/blob/master/env.yml that will be required by STARDIS?

I converted it to draft for now. Please close it if these lockfiles just won't work. I guess we will have to update TARDISBase lockfiles then, since last I checked I think they worked for all STARDIS, TARDIS and Carsus.
