The file GeodesicDistances.cpp is a plugin of plumed. It should be placed in the src/dimred folder and compiled.
The file geodesic_test.cpp is a c++ software to test the algorithm
The input file is geodesic.dat
The output file is geodesic_out.dat and contains the shortest path. It can be different if you use different parameters
