Summary: Add feature flag for demo mode to make robot less dangerous

Changes:

  • slow down driving to max 1 meter velocity and 50% rotational speed
  • disable aligning and on the fly path following when in demo mode
  • add easier state transitions to scoring for demo mode
  • add lower shooter velocity and set demo aim angle
