Since RestSharp doesn't (seem) to have a NuGet available Also re-targeting from Android 5.0 to 4.0.3 compatibility for this library

Added MonoDroid and .NET 4.6 targets, but others should be easier now with the SHPROJ and folder structure.
Heavy ceremony folder structure necessary to keep NuGet from stepping on itself during multitargeting
