This is a code repository for the resources utilized for the ISWC 2019 Resource Track submission, "Making Study Populations Visible through Knowledge Graphs". We make our Study Cohort Ontology (SCO) and Table 1 Knowledge Graphs available for reuse, and for anyone who wants to contribute to our work.
