Added scripts for a cross compilation of the project by means of "Github Action". The project assembly occurs automatically when creating a commit into the master branch.
Do not forget to enable "Github Action" in your repository.
This can be useful in cases of impossibility of self-assembling project. For example, I use the program in Alpine Container.
