Regenerate parser and bindings with 0.26.13

As per title, this PR includes everything after regenerating the parser and bindings with v0.26.13.
Should additionally resolve #300, as Makefile now installs the queries.

Thanks for proposing this! As you can see, external PRs are rarely merged here. We've been maintaining a fork of this repo, where parser and bindings are generated in the CI instead of being tracked in the repo, avoiding the need to do such PRs. If you have any issues switching to our fork as a user or contributor, let me know what holds you back :)

Oh, I didn't know there's a maintained fork. I simply got here by following what a corresponding archlinux package points to. There's nothing really stopping me from switching to the fork I guess. :)

Does that mean that this repo is generally obsolete and this PR could be closed? Or is there any point to keeping/merging it?

No idea! It could be that someone with maintainer access wakes up at some point - for instance @maxbrunsfeld triggered a release not so long ago for a change he needed in Zed. Maybe he will need the regeneration of the parser and bindings at some point and do that here.

Leaving such PRs open is the only way I can think of to signal to other users/contributors that external contributions have been ignored for a long time, so I would keep it open…
