New Features

  • Add a Dockerfile to build our own Orthanc image (compiles all the images needed to build Orthanc into a single Dockerfile), and a GitHub workflow to build and push it. Plugins and commands that we don't need have been commented out. This is based on orthanc-builder version 24.3.5.
