Word Songbook layout standards

Standards for Word format layout, for conversion to latex.
This is basically what I've been working to, based on a breakdown of the existing songs' structure. Any other songs laid out with this standard can be run through my process as well, to save additional work.
All styles are built-in Word styles, to avoid extra complexity. Save as Word 97-2003 .doc format for best portability. (Yes, tips and comments use 'heading' styles, but it's really quite arbitrary, and this makes things simpler for conversion to latex.)
Song element -> Word style
- Title -> Heading 1
- Author -> Heading 2
- Section -> Heading 3 (e.g. Verse 1, Chorus etc with lyrics/chords)
- Section reference -> Heading 4 (e.g. 'Chorus' or 'Repeat Verse 1' referring back to chords/lyrics already given)
- Tips -> Heading 5 (e.g. how to play)
- Comments -> Heading 6 (e.g. 'Did you know that this band invented raspberry ripple?')
- Lyrics -> Normal
- Chords are in-line with lyrics, following the standards used for Vish's human-readable text format (need documentation of these), e.g. [A] [Gm7] etc
Square brackets [ ] should not be used for anything else (such as comments etc)
Basic workflow: Word styles -> [export as filtered html] -> HTML markup -> [tidy/convert script] -> latex markup
