Tested on my own deploy and seems to fix the issues with $summary. However, I would like to discuss before merging. This hasn't been a problem before and I'd rather not change the behavior for all FHIR requests just for a single slow one that may be better to fix elsewhere. There may also be performance/resource concerns allowing requests to take longer. |

Change gunicorn request timeout to 3 minutes (from 30 seconds)
