• Tickers: list of tickers on American and Canadian exchanges to simplify data downloads from WRDS
• Fundamental Factor: very basic model using financial ratio data to show expected return vs predicted return that could be used for the real (much better) model
• Patent Factor: factor for the factor model based on the frequency of patents compared to industry
