This comment references a bug that was fixed in the v1.2.1 sdk update: Azure/azure-sdk-for-go#22171
…cted The azure sdk doesnt use a separate function to initialize a multipart upload, so CreateMultipartUpload becomes a no-op. But we still need to have it return success so that clients wont get an unexpected error.
