Keep learning: Just because you did it one way yesterday does not mean there isn't a better way to do it today. Be flexible: You learned one way to do something, but that is not the only way to do it. Be open to trying different ways to solve an issue. Keep things in perspective and try to balance how important is an issue to the overall project success: Is it worth losing the good will of coworkers, clients or users? How much will it cost: extra development time, production time, extra costs, ROI, personal stress to all involved?
