Description of the change

Update the list of design proposals and complete with some designs available in GDoc format but shared publicly.

Benefits

Improve the research process and simplify the access to the information.

Possible drawbacks

Maintenance of the list updated when new design proposals are submitted.

• related to Review and adapt existing Kubeapps documentation to comply with new guidelines #5024, Design packaging API for configurable UI components #4365

Q: what is taken as official "Approval date" ?

Good question. I have added the date in the PR for those proposals in GitHub and the date in the GDoc for the others. From now on, Kubeapps maintainer team should register the date when approved and submit the proposal to GitHub.
