Description of the change
Add a new tutorial to describe in detail the management of Package Repositories in Kubeapps, to complete the documentation in addition to:
Benefits
Complete and updated documentation about Package Repository Management.
Possible drawbacks
There are pending actions to implement for Helm, for Helm via Flux and for Carvel to be documented when available.
Applicable issues
