(1) Left column menu

The user feedback sessions showed the need for clearer navigation
Discussed in EO
Drawing user focus to the top left with a tab navigation that allows the user to switch between the document outline and the filters

(2) Success criteria layout

The success criteria are now visually more distinct
Easier to tell apart
More whitespace to breathe

(3) Techniques layout

Minor change for the techniques: Vertical button menu is now replaced by checkboxes
In addition the technique levels (sufficient, advisory, failure) are now general filters as well
- Allows users to only display sufficient techniques in general but add advisory and failure techniques to individual items

(4) Minor changes

The status bar animation has changed.
