thanks @shawna-slh… looks fine to me.

@nitedog as the code moved to wai-wcag-em-report-tool, would you be able to PR it there? I'm also happy to do that if you want.

@hidde this should now address all requirements, including adding a changelog. If you are fine with it, please transfer and merge - many thanks!

Two minor notes for you:

1. Version is currently "Version 2.0.1" for the preview but I guess it should become version 3.0.0?
2. The date on the preview is quite verbose "2021-07-01T15:06:24.420Z" -- is it easy to shorten?
