This PR introduces a GitHub workflow to build this repository with Slate via Docker, and deploy to GitHub Pages.
Also removes Slate framework from this repository and introduces a new
build.shfile to build this project using Docker, making easy to deal with dependencies.It's possible to check it working in my fork: https://github.com/claudiosanches/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/actions/runs/648205398
And I also accidentally deployed it, so there's another prove that's working 🤣
