Added in Latvian Localised text strings for all the months, days and the short hand form of the days. :D
This updates the fonts to have support for letters with Latvian diacritic markings (Ā,Ī,Ē,Š) that were needed for the localization text. I manually added the letters into the source font files, and exported them to the header files. :D

This adds support for Latvian as an optional language for localization.
Unfortunately the original fonts used in the project didn't have glyphs for some of the Latvian diacritic characters (Ā,Ē,Ī) and the one for Š that was not exported before. I recreated them by modifying existing diacritic characters from other languages available in the font and adding them as new characters.
Unfortunately, since the version of the fonts I found online don't match the ones used in the project before, this creates massive deltas for the font headers. To reduce them, I can always replicate the changes if someone provides me with the original font files, or we can update the generation scripts to overlay these new characters over the existing font.
