Add support for Downdraft CAPE (DCAPE)

Is there any chance there are plans to add DCAPE/DCIN computations? MetPy cannot handle these calculations for gridded data. This would greatly benefit convective research, and it doesn't seem there is a good way to handle this at the moment.
