If you need to have bison first in your PATH, run:
echo 'export PATH="/usr/local/opt/bison/bin:$PATH"' >> /Users/runner/.bash_profile
For compilers to find bison you may need to set:
export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/opt/bison/lib"
