Hey, I'm Zach 👋

Building things across the stack — and the business. Based in Ascot, UK.

Director & Technical Co-Founder at DigiGrow — built it from zero. If it runs, I built it.

The short version of what I do: I build and run the entire technical side of a business — custom software, infrastructure, internal systems and AI, from the inside rather than as an outside vendor. The non-technical telling of that story lives at zachlagden.uk.

I also run Lagden Development for open-source projects and dev tools.

What I'm Building

Business Systems — DigiGrow runs on software I built. Helm: the company's own operating system — tasks, projects, SOPs, company knowledge and chat in one custom platform. Plus an outreach platform 40+ sales reps work in daily: lead assignment, automated cold email, every conversation logged, full outreach-to-funnel attribution. Private repos. → zachlagden.uk
