Remain on channel enhancement in wifi driver. Cancel previous on-going remain on channel before issuing new one. For the remain on channel initiated by wifi driver, do not set cookie so that the remain on channel expire event will not be uploaded to wpa_supplicant. Signed-off-by: Hui Bai <hui.bai@nxp.com>
